Packet LOSS %

Короче изначально сидел через wifi наблюдалась картина ниже! пинг от 150 и до 2000 балансировал. Потом попробовал сидеть через локалку, но повторилось опять. Наблюдается небольшая задержка при отклике(пробовал менять значения cl_interp 0, 0.1, 0.01)
Кто чем может помогите. Раньше были подобные лаги, но проходили быстро. А сейчас что то не хочет. И да, винду менял раз 5, скачивал стим , доту раз 10. Не нужные процессы отключал.Спасибо! Были ещё в консоли команды, связанные со сменной локации типа:

Кстати, проблем с просмотром видео и брождений в гугле не замечаю, конкретно проблемы с потерей пакетов в доте и кс.

Европейские сервера раньше все выбирали и не было проблем, на Рашке лагало. Проверь может у тебя хост не европа
